This website was made to make sure the racebikes made in the countries of the former eastern block will not be forgotten.
In the era between 1950 and 1990 a lot of different racing motorcycles were made in these countries.
Some of them are real marvels of engineering.
Others are simple and crude.
A lot of them are remarkable if you think about the environment they were made in.
In these cold war times ,motorsports enthousiasts in east and west didn't care much about politics.
They just cared about RACING.
